Help Needed Urgently by jiro(f): 10:14pm On Jul 17, 2006
I just graduated with a 2:2 from the university of port Harcourt in August 2005. i read education (chemistry) and possess the degree B.sc(ed). the problem i am facing right now is that i have just discovered that i am not suitable for most of the jobs available in Nigeria. can someone help me with suggestions on what to do?
i mean what direction should i focus my career because it is now obvious i need to take a course or something.
although i have not yet served I've been working in the Accounts department of a marketing firm since October 2005. i use their accounting package orion which is kind of oracle based. and i also do other office jobs.
i would love to leave there immediately i start service as the pay is very poor. the problem is i won't be well equipped to face the Nigerian labour market.
please someone should help me quick.

hi jiro,
it s never never too late, there is still hope 4 u.it does not matter what u read in ur 1st degree, what matters is,what do u want to be?
what do want out of life?
who do see urself becoming?if you can answer these questions,by the time u go 4 ur service ,a lot of opportunies will come your way.just be prepare for them. if u like teaching ,u can take up a teaching job for now.
