This is an advice to those who would take it. I stumbled on this guy in Naijaloaded, claiming he would show me how to get a brand new standard laptop for N25k. Sceptically, I followed. I was not close to suprised when I saw the laptops. It was a 'brand new' HP 250 G1, 4gb ram, 500gb hard disk, 15.6'' screen, bla, bla, bla... This is the 2nd time I'm seeing something like this coming from naijaloaded. First it was auctionmobiles and now awoofmobiles... Same theme (cheap laptops and gadget), and probably the same scam. I haven't used awoofmobiles.com but I can personally confirm that auctionmobiles was a scam. My pain is, is naijaloaded being used or is it directly or indirectly involved? This is a site with hundreds of thousands members. I lost my trust in naijaloaded since auctionmobiles. This awoofmobiles guy claimed to partner jumia, but I called jumia and this claim was totally denied by jumia. My advice to buyers is that, if something is too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true'. Shop with caution. |

That is preferable. He should pay on delivery if he is really genuine. Always make findings if there is not enough proof. |

the guy of auctionmobiles claimed his shop was in onitcha market... This is all strategy. They know most of there targeted customers would probably be from lagos. So, it would be difficult for them to travel down there. I am not saying any shop claiming to be in the east is a scam... But, auctionmobiles.com was definitely a scam... And awoofmobiles seems very likely to be. No real site can offer such offer and for free shipping for that matter. 2 Likes |

I recieved the mail too. Everything about this whole awoofmobiles stinks of pure scam... Firstly, you can't get that kind of laptops anywhere in the world at that price (unless your dad works for hp, dell, or something like that). Secondly, imagine how much it would cost him to deliver with dhl and other top courier service providers and all this cost he claims are covered by the 25k... Which means he is even selling for less than 25k. Any body with Common sense would be able to smell this scam from 1000miles away. 3 Likes |

Like auctionmobiles for example, they where sending bulk sms through visafone and this awoofmobiles guy claiming affiliation with jumia. They will do all there best to convince and confuse... Although I don't know about awoofmobile.com. but their is one site I received an email from,the site is London2cab.com/newly. When I first received the mail,checked the site,I saw Wat was there....I was wondering that how could he sold laptop of 90,000 naira for 35,000 naira. To be sincere at first I was happy to see something like that and I had in mind that the following week I will order for one laptop. It was said that the offer will end on 7-7-2014.I have challenging then so I couldn't order for it and I said to myself that when ever the offer open again I will try n get some. Yesterday I received another mail from this same london2cab.com/newly that the closing date has be shift to on 8-8-2014.I was glad to hear that. Quickly I woke up this morning to make my payment and call the owner of the site to ask him some questions before making the payment...when I called him. I asked him, how will I make payment for laptop Hp pavilion. He said I should write the product name, amount deposited,address,nearest post office and phone number to this number (08098632012). I said ok. He called me back and said he will text the account details of the Bank I will deposit the money,I said is ok. This is the account details he sent....Acct name - Johnson Solomon, Acct number - 3085485122. Bank - First Bank. I now called and asked him that,this Bank details is different from the one you placed on your Site, your Names on the site are Dominic Jude,how come you sent Johnson Solomon acct details to me?what happen I asked,He said some people told him that the Bank he's using before was scarce for them to find. I asked again,why don't you attach this first bank details also, he said will do it but not now.
