President Goodluck Jonathan has nominated 43 year old Ositadinma Benjamin Chidoka as a minister of the federal republic of Nigeria to take the slot of Anambra State in the federal executive council. Osita, who is currently the corps marshall of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), would likely replace disgraced minister of aviation, Ms. Stella Oduah, who was fired last February over a series of sleazy deals in the aviation sector exposed by SaharaReporters. Mr. Osita’s nomination finally closes another chapter by former governor Peter Obi’s quest to replace Oduah as aviation minister. A letter sent to the Nigerian Senate about Osita’s nomination will be read on the floor of the senate later today. |

How is Stella Oduah disgraced? Is she the first minister of the FRN to be relieved of his/her duties by the President? And mind you no court of competent jurisdiction has found her guilty of the allegations and so she remains as clean as any other 'innocent' Nigerian. Kudos anyway to Sir Chidoka, hope you continue the good work Aunty Stella started to take the aviation industry to the next level. 1 Like |
