Qualification/Experience Graduate with 6 to 12 months experience in back office operations. Should have good command over written and spoken English. Thorough knowledge of Word & Excel. Attributes Required Well conversant with drafting quotations and letters, Resolving customer problems to increase level of service and satisfaction.
