This a great conversation questions because it leads to asking more
questions like why they do what they do, and if they enjoying doing
what they do.
The aim here is the ask open ended questions about those ordinary,
normal everyday events that goes on around that person which is
easier for them to answer and also wanna talk more. You should note
that conversation needs to be a two way process in which both of you
