1* Keep it under your hat *

Here we are,there may be times when you do not want to talk to other people about what you are doing because quite naturally,you want it secret..It's fine,be reservative,let people find out for themselves....If you find out about new things and you think it would be beneficial to all,put it into obvious practice and let people see it for themselves to avoid being labelled ''preacher'' or an ITK



2* You will get older but not necessarily wiser *

There is an assumption that as we get older,we'll get wiser but the truth is,we carry on just as daft,still making plenty of mistakes.It's just that we make new different ones.
Well,the thing is be kind to yourself when you muck things up and accept that it's all part of the growing older but not wiser because we can always see the mistakes we've made,but not the ones looming up.


3* Accept what is done is done *
We make mistakes,sometimes very serious ones.As often as not the mistakes aren't deliberate or personal because sometimes people just don't know what they are doing..
If people have behaved badly towards you in the past,it wasn't because they meant to be horrid..
I AM NOT MAKING EXCUSES FOR THEM BUT WATEVER MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED,YOU CANNOT UNDO THE PAST
