Military Is Winning In Terrorism War, Says Defense Minister by ajasbaba(m): 12:10pm On Jul 18, 2014
Minister of State for Defense, Musiliu Obanikoro, has said that the Military is progressively succeeding in the fight against terrorism in the country despite paucity of funds.

“The single fact that the military was able to take over Jigawa and Bauchi axis in the northeast showed the progress in the fight against terrorism in the country”, he said, stressing that the
investment so far made by the present government is yielding fruit.

The Minister maintained that thought paucity of funds was largely responsible for the ineffective of military operations in the country, the spirit of the personnel was very high, saying, “all that is needed is to give them the necessary support to take them to the next level”.

The Minister spoke shortly after a familiarization tour to Forward Operational Base, Ibaka in Mbo and NNS Jubilee, Ikot Abasi in Akwa Ibom State.

has there ever been a war without the loss of lives , including that of innocent ones.

Anybody who remains in a way zone has decided to make himself a statistics so should not be mourned.

is it not funny that chibok and the other villages are said to be attacked regularly yet the people there refused to relocate to the nearest Barack or their state capital that is relatively peaceful so that the Army can know who they are up against and who the innocent is.
are you pained that the number of bombs and IEDs going off has reduced, son of Pharaoh, the red sea awaits you and your kinsmen

Aguyi, yet again you are playing the Deluded. So those Nigerians in the north "deserve" to be killed because they are yet to run away from their homes?

Now because I asked a very valid question (which you could not even have the shame to confront), am now the "Kinsman" of the North and no longer an Igboman. Read your comment and see how darkness and hate is eating you up.

@Topic: Mr. Obanikoro should stop declaring victory if he cannot include how many members and sponsors they have taken to court and won a verdict. For all I know, this is still a democracy. Shooting and rounding people up into detention is Incomplete. Justice will not be done until the government is able to charge them in court and tender a valid evidence to those allegations. Else it will be yet another Dictatorship Mentality.

now tell me, how many times did osama and the other terrorist been taken out by drones is the middle east appeared in court before they were taken out.

Have you not noticed that the bombs and IEDs explosion has reduced, isn't that a sign of gradual victory
