Mannylex: what really is the reason why schools hoard the call up letter?. Logistics is the major challenge. Some schools will not even get the letter earlier that Friday morning (that is about two days after the official delivery date). All you will keep on hearing is that the letter is at NYSC state secretariat. When the package is finally delivered, they have to sort the letters out ( maybe on faculty/school/college basis ) to make the distribution less cumbersome. |
