my sons 7th birthday is coming up

i'd like to buy him a bicycle

can anyone who has recently bought a bicycle [in lagos] point in the direction of a reliable plce to buy one?

i bought one from shoprite a few years back, but the bike was rubbish - all sorts of problems right from day one.

i doubt my son got 5 hours out of it

i've seen some ads for simba bicycles , but i'm kind of wary that they be high priced dumped goods from india

I know what it means wanting to buy a brand new bike for your child, but if you'll take my advice, don't get brand new. Get those Belgium bicycles that come from US/UK.

I bought one around there in September 2017, and when nysc called to Sokoto, omo, I carry am go there.
Bicycle is badass. Still using it till now.

Lest I forget. If you're buying him a bicycle, also buy him a helmet. No one should ever ride a bicycle on Lagos road without a helmet.

I was riding my bike and dozed off for one second. The kind of crash I had, I was lucky not to have had brain damage. I didn't wear a helmet. I sharparly went to Aliexpress to order one. Now, I don't do without it.

It happened in Sokoto though.
