Just got got my call up letter and it was
Akwa ibom, tho my first choice was Rivers but all the same, Akwa ibom ayaya grin

Any idea on or information about the state is welcomed.

same here, Akwa Ibom, (AK). Do they have stable light? Network and how is the economy of the state? How welcoming are they to strangers? I believe it should be relatively peaceful...?

The only thing I have heard about the state is its beauty and growing economy, we will find out about the rest when we get there. Welcome aboard cool

I believe you can get a direct bus to Ibom from OSHA, i've made enquiries about the camp location and how to get there, but no feedback yet.

20k? haba bros, its even higher than the 19kplus federal allowed grin

All I know is that its among the highest paid states in terms of state allowance for corpers. Will still find out the actual amount soonest.

All prospective corpers posted to Akwa ibom you are welcome to the state of uncommon transformation,I bet you will not like d state after yur one year of state.

The tranquillity of the state is not to be over emphasis.

The fast growing economy is one of the best

The welcoming spirit of the citizens here is overwhelming

The food we got is the best as compared to oda continental dishes

The pursit for education in d state is simply not equivocal with oda state of the nation

The standard of living here is equal to none in the whole of the south states

The political stability of this my state is conducive and calm

I WILL COME ALL OF YOU TO AKS STATE
I will really want to sit wif one or two corp members as my usual yearly experience.

I love being around corp members from Western Nigeria,cuz I was born and breed in Ogun State......I luv you all corp members
