Policy inconsistencies started from Oil Boom. Dangote's Patriach,Dantata, was involved in the famous groundnut pyramids that made Kano the most industrialised state in Nigeria, until sharing of Oil Money created some elite to drive away investments and turn Kano to Kanostan.
