Well, I don't mean to be a messenger of doom or anything but my guess is if you are yet to hear back from Stanbic for the test or the first interview, I'm afraid your chances are very slim.

I do not work at Stanbic, at least not yet but I did get an invite for the test a couple of times and I let them know I'd be unable to attend cos I was still completing my Msc in the UK (there was no response but they sent other invites until I got back and finally took the test). The test was a lot easier than the SHL I must say, one just needs to calm down and make sure you supply the correct answers to the number of questions you are able to complete in the given time.

I did not finish either the Maths or English but did answer up to 31 in the first and 45 out 48 in the latter and was confident in my answers. I took my test on the 15th, and by the 17th got an interview invite for the 18th which almost went too well, and the second interview was with the CEO of the bank the very next day (he was really cool (he barely asked questions and was just gisting).

On the 18th when I was there for my first interview, a couple of people just wrote their tests and two of them were asked to wait only to receive the news they were the only ones who had passed and that was the last batch. Hence, my apprehension about the chances of anyone still getting an invitation for an interview.

I do have information that there will be a November batch as well, so I guess if you didn't get an invite you can re-jig your CV and try again. All the best.

Yes. Successful with the stages held so far... it remains to be seen if job offer will follow suit. There is even a Batch A '14 corps member.
