We are Kingdom Realties Ltd a member of Kingdom Group Nig. We are Real Estate Developers with about 16years experience in the industry. Just now, we have a few 3 Bedroom Luxury flats on/or before Chevron in mini Estates. And 4 Bedroom Duplexes and 4 Bedroom Pent Houses in AJAH within a mini Estate too. All the properties are sold off-plan hence we are selling at a discount of up to 30% prevailing market value. Besides, we are also giving up to 15years Interest-Free Mortgage Payment after an initial equity contribution (that allows you to take possession) to be spread over the project life which is 13months. While you live in you are still paying for the home or while you put it on rent you still earn a minimum of N1million annually from rent after paying the mortgage. For the Duplexes in AJA = Total Value is N33million instead of N42million. You pay N4.75Mx4 installment i.e quarterly in 1year making a total of N19million. And balance N14million is spread over 15years monthly payment of N78K/month. Option 2: You pay 20% of the property now and we complete it. When it’s completed you get commercial bank mortgage for the balance 80% and pay us off and take procession. This way you only commit 20% instead of 56% and we complete it. And at completion, you use your regular commercial bank mortgage to pay us off and take procession. Your choice of option will depend on your cash flow. Only drawback is that you ultimately pay more for the second option as the bank will charge commercial interest rate on your mortgage. We have the drawings attached to this proposal and we are ready to run inspection with you as soon as possible as buyers are taking over their apartments already and it’s on first come first served basis.
