I am an eye witness to the cruel work being carried out by the State traffic people in KAno called KAROTA. The road @ Post office is under construction and Customers of various orgaization and companies around the area dont have a sufficent space to park their vehicle but scrammbled it around the construction.

To my greatest surprise, the Kano State Road Traffic Agency ( KAROTA ) started clamping peoples car. Fellow Nairalander, is this fair to road user in Kano.
