1.its a stupid move because locums can't replace residents expertise,but of course dis is nigeria we r not day interested in quality of patient care.
2.should NMA nd MDCN take drastic steps,we ll hv to import dose locums because no one ll risk it for deir license(s)
3.Residents basically own d hospitals,consultants are not so around,nd interns know so little.
4.Just like d fashola move,it's another bullshit from a govt who can't face nd solve issues

I think Mr president decision is as a result of the present pressure he has with the health sector especially with the Ebola virus. I think the doctors also shld help. I don't think with dis out break our doctors shld be on strike at all. I mean for what reason would they go on strike wen they knw hw challenging this Ebola virus is.

The doctors shld just forget this strike issue. Save us of Ebola den we Nigerians we fight for your right for you if Mr president refuse. Is it after the Ebola issue die down den u wanna surface? how do you want doctors to fight ebola when the same FG cant protect them. doctors will be comitting suicide if they try to fight the scourge because as i type this,there is no plan on ground.
No protective hazmat suits. no life insurance. no drugs. what has become of the health personel who haver been treating victims in lagos.
