Skybancs: considering huge differences in data allocations, Blackberry is cheap where 1k could give you 3G a month which you can use via modem to you pc with little tricks. but like glo they offer 350 MB for 1k a month on andriod.....obviously blackberry seems to be better interms of data allocation. android is so cheap now especially fairly used in nigeria, I bought motorola razor with 12k here in nigeria ( the spec, 16G of internal memory, 16G external memory card, 1G ram, camera 8MG (HD)..... jenyben and many more.... the seller sells because of the data consumption ..... so bb is better

pls where did u buy from?

Same blackberry subscription (comonth #1000 3gb)that I'm using on my android. That is the power of android. You can tweak it to use any subscription plan. :p

Please direct me on how to make it work cos it doesn't work on my andriod.

obiscolly: grin people be like #teamAndroid but deep down they so want a Blackberry 10 device. They be checking their data consumption and switching data on and off every now and then tongue Live a hustle free life. Get a BB10. You can always run all of your android apps on bb10. So that a win-win! wink
Lol, I kept my bb phone after getting my Android phone. Initially I bought 4.5gb Mtn data for my phone and I was like there is no way my phone can exhaust it unless unless I'm updating software or browsing heavy sites. Three weeks or so into subscription my data got exhausted, I was like wtf and called mtn the lady said the phone uses background data and she was right. I presently have DROID wall installed but still turn my data off when I don't have to be online.

Even if bb can't make a 2 sim phone, they should at least consider a 5.5inch screen phone.

well indeed lots of android users are becoming dissatisfied with the charges on their data. however, I do not believe that they have been influx of Android users switching to BB but truly some have. I just hope and wish that our network services are listening to people's plight.

Android continues to rules. Airtel have brought a data plan for it and there is no need for it's users to worry. N2000 goes for 2g and will last u for your browsing.

Foolish Nigerians.. All they know is that they use phones. Android isn'T meant for Nigerians because we don'T have WIFI connection in Nigeria.. Blackberry playbook is sold for 15k and it is far better than ipad 2 that is sold for 76k,what android will you compare with blackberry ??

Lol...have you heard of the BlackBerry z30? Perhaps you should Google it. It's a 5 inch screen bb10 phone, which is way too big for my liking...lol, talkless of a 5.5 inch. I like phones I can operate with just one hand that's why I'm quite comfortable with the z10.

like someone mentioned. Android and iOS are not for Nigerians(cost of data is high in Nigeria).

I can't remember the last time I saw a blackberry phone here in its country of origin. All I see around Android, windows and iPhone.
