YoursGEJ: OP talk true for your mind do you really believe this nonsense you posted? What is the mechanism for implementing the plan? All i read was that CBN was asked to set aside money (just like that) that will be used through some public private partnership jargon. The VP who is making the pledge and those listening all know say na rubbish him dey talk. Was this money included in the 2014 budget? In otherwords, does it really exist? Or is it more like President Jonathan sets aside #50 billion to be embezzled? Talk about institutionalized incompetence. And you are rushing to come and post it on NL
