Nigeria: many Nigerians are very arrogant and aggressive. They have I-am-better-or-smarter-than-you- attitude anywhere they go. they build in the village(where they don't stay). i think nigerian government should make every house owner pay huge council tax on their properties. that method will help reduce the madness in nigeria where one man can have 50 houses in the village and he only goes there once in a year.
