You must have HR background. 3-5 years experience.

Duties:
• Admin duties will include leave management, issuing of employment contracts, job descriptions, advice relevant parties of any changes to pension fund, HMO, prepares offer letter for new recruits, promotions and transfers as needed.
• Assist with recruitment and selection
• Fulfilling duties such and filing, scanning and photocopying, etc.
• Administer job evaluation process and ensure job descriptions is current
• Ensure that the relationship between the organisation and staff is managed within a clear and appropriate framework
• Manage HR administration and ensure that all staff files is updated accordingly
• Prepare weekly and monthly pay sheet for payroll, timeously
• Provide IR support to line management
• Submit monthly HR reports
• Coordinate any training interventions if an when required and claim from ITF
• Participate in con-junction with General Manager/HR Manager on union related matters
• Liase with General Manager/HR Manager on any other HR matters
