shared on his official twitter handle that he tested
positive for HIV/AIDS.
It was a shock to many especially his fans
around the world when they had this, But Lil
Wayne on his side said that he has accepted the
outcome and he is ready to live with it and that
he is not going to spread it to others but rather
keep it to himself until his time come.
Question is where did he get it from? And if the
romuors that he was going out with Nicki Minaj
were true then is Nicki also positive and she has
