Cos everthing about the recruitment is this month.
Why we the successful candidate wil resume for work early next month.
I doubt if his doing this cos of 2015 election.cos Ondo State really needs teachers a lot.those schools are short of staffs.

Ondo has been short of teachers as far back as his first term.Why is it now he`s decided to recruit.
A lot of pple av retired in the civil service yet pple who did Ascon(3 sets) havent been called for interview.

Well, I don't think u need to if u don't have all now but make sure u get them ready b4 the interview. Just don't leave those spaces empty. That's all! I'm sure nobody will get time to check all those things online now.
