No one can predict or time the market Sir. Especially with a bourse like ours. In future, include a caveat, when you make such definite predictions.

I'll be sure to put that in mind next time. Thanks.

wanna buy penny stocks? buy IKEJA HOTEL...from 70k to 2.15k in 3 weeks
still with an immense upside potential.
also with an eps of 83k per share...believe me for a N2 stock..thats pretty impressive.

Dont quote me but I see ikeja hotel rising to 4naira by November.

N3.21 today. If I could short this.... Will definitely fall back to sub N1 as there is nothing driving this bullish run. Just speculation.

When you see a trend like this with no fundamentals, technicals, and sentiments driving it. It just signifies one of the ff: Stock Manipulation / Market Makers in Action / The owners buying it up themselves to increase the price.

Exactly brother. That's such a dangerous stat. Whoo...!!!

Permit me to pick your brains. I know the market can be crazy and downright mad, but what stocks do you have in your portfolio and why?

lol...it's insane.

Presently re-reading Benjamin Graham's "Intelligent Investor" and our market here just makes me shake my head. Most of our stocks do not stand on solid grounds.

If you're not an insider, analysis are quite difficult to make.

My Oga, its not the analysis that is difficult to make. Its the fact that if you are not the bolded, all your analysis may be in vain over and over again.

That's the point. Analysis becomes difficult to make when you have to start over again every single time someone goes for manipulation on the inside.

No, it is when things get bloody and everyone begins to run for cover that the 'intelligent' investor takes position.

The only strategy that has worked is Peter Lyn stock pick method.

PEG ratio, strong revenue and profit growth in d last 3years and atleast 50% stock price growth in d last one year.

This strategy has been tested to beat market index in d last 3 decades.

Guys, is it possible to have accounts with two stockbrokers?

I noticed that the one I use is not very responsive, but i have personal relationship with one of the top guys and there are good days with them.

I have one other that has excellence customer care and quite responsive, judging with its dealings with close friends.

So I just wanna use them as a second account for deals that have to happen in cases of emergencies.

What do you think?

^^^ In business if your personal relationship doesn't give you an edge, why bother? You can have as many brokers as you want, I have more than one.
