This is to propose to any interested person(s) (investors) in here the waste management in term of recycling the waste generated in Nigeria and even beyond with the view to yield some economic and sanitary benefits thereof.
I have acquired some innovative skills on how to recycle some of these waste items into valuable product (ceiling board) for commerce utilizing both low and/or high technologies which can interest the Nigeria’s building market at large. This product (ceiling slate) is of double standard and more durable, and stands high competitive chance in the ceiling product sub-industry market as a result of its trendy design and glowing nature. We can also customize this product based on customer request.
This project has some interesting economic and sanitary benefits, viz; revenue generation from the sales of this waste bound product since it’s profit oriented. The project seeks to create more jobs for the indigenes of Nigeria and beyond as this will now become like company where workers will be employed. Above all, the start-up cost required is meagre; for low tech or manual production, seven million naira (N7,000,000:00) is required to cover the construction of molds, purchase of water tanks, sinking of water well, purchase of grinding machine and financing of some other operational costs.
Whereas, high tech production requires estimate of around twenty eight million naira (N28,000,000:00) to cover equipment and start up running, which can be up turned in just five or six months of its inception since there will be not much expenditure on raw materials for at least five years time.
Besides, the sanitary benefit include the project being able to clean up the Nigerian environments of littered rubbish and even some neighbouring states thereby culminating into good health of the people.
Available for presentation are some of the working and dummy prototypes of such waste bound ceiling board. In addition, we equally have frame of various sizes got from same waste items.
