Can we start it up together, share views cos am for post graduate 2...Wanted to go for Mechanical or Automotive engineering (M.Eng) but Daehan is just a theological school, maybe I should go for language course as Acadollar (baddo) had advised...
My course does not align with THEOLOGY if not I would have gone for it,maybe after one year as long as am in korea, I will know whether to finish it up or not and continue with my dream course...you know now...

u can work legally even as student after your ist 6 months of coming.
you can earn btw 1500 to 2000 dollars per month
but is not an english speaking country

Thank you for interesting at our programs.

First, what kind of visa do you have?

Unfortunately, we could't support the visa documents because of immigration's policy.
If you have some visa, please prepare these documents.

1. Scanned Passport
2. Diploma in English (transcript from university or college is possible)
3. Scanned Alien Registration Card
4. Academic transcript & Certificate of Enrollment that shows your attendance(If you have ever studied in other university language education center)
5. Certificate of Bank Balance more than $3,000 in English (it should be student’s name)

By the way, this winter term will start Dec 1 and 2015 Spring term will start Mar 9.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask us.

Very difficult to believe my brethren because even in USA, you are only allow to work 20 hours a week which may not fetch you more than 300$ a week
Multiple that with 4 gives you 1200$ per month. Please another person should help us confirm this, however kudos to acadollar for jobs well done.

This South Korea visa process seems to be getting more difficult by the day... we really have very bad travel record in this country. If I have the opportunity of holding dual citizenship, I won't even think twice before accepting it.

Thank you for your interest in our program.

However your submitted documents are insufficient.



Please find the below and submit the proper documents again.



1. A photocopy of the student's passport (A photocopy of the Alien Registration Card, if you have)

2. A copy of the student’s transcript or diploma from the last school attended

3. An Original Sponsorship Letter: The sponsor would have to be Korean and be employed in Korea.

4. Financial document (certificate of deposit balance over $5,000 (USD) or certificate of remittance or exchange)

5. Proof/Certificate of Family Relationship(or Birth Certificate)

6. Foreign Student Proof of Insurance : Submit proof of Korean National Insurance, Korean private insurance or insurance from your own country which may be used in Korea.

Registered Students Study Abroad Student Insurance Certificate Submission.

The submission period is the last week before classes start (winter semester submission period: January 5th-11th, 2015; spring semester submission period: March 30th - February 5th, 2015).

In the case that you do not submission, your entrance will be canceled.

7. 1 ID card photo (color, 3.5cm*4.5cm): Online [MY PAGE] → [Photo Management] Upload Photo



* KLI may request for additional documents depending on students nationality and situation.

* If your documents are not in Korean, English, Japanese or Chinese, your documents must be translated to one of these languages and get notarized by the notary office.

* African students have to register for at least 4 terms ahead.
