They said i should take glasses and use it for 4 to 6months,if no changes they i should come to the clinic for further check up....When they eye was swollen at the beginging due to Redness,I applied sugar,which they said cure apolo,and when i use it for 3days,the redness went off and my vision was normal,and when i went to work something fell into the same eye,i scracth it abit and then it was bringing out watery and that day was Saturday evening and on sunday,it was watery too,so i decide to go to the clinic on Monday morning,when i wokeup i found out that i couldnt see learly with the eye it was cloudy and a scar was like covering the eye,my left eye,that is how my cloudy vision started,have use alot of eye drop which doctor gave and still it's cloudy still,please is this the sugar i applied the seed sugar was melted with water and i applied it,is that the cause of my cloudy vision?..have ask doctor they said is not,or it is because i scratch the eye?.

i wouldn't b able to tell if they resulted in any condition causing you blurry vision. the scratching or use of sugar isn't what should b our main concern. the most important thing is your doctors coming out with a diagnosis and giving the right treatment . ur having floaters should call for concern too.

I normally see round balls appear on my eyelid especially when I take vegetable oil and noodles it do disappear when I stop,about some few months ago,I noticed that whenever I looked into a book or phone for long the eyes become watery and when I go out in the sun,I would not be able to open the eyes properly to look at things afar and I have also observed that when I wake up in the morning I see pus though not much but it do ìtch me a times and recently I have been having this headache from the eyes to my head as if the eyes want to fall off . Please what can I do?thanks

hi dear i tink u re likely having a refractive problem hence glasses would help. drugs may also b given u to take care of the itching and discharge.

Please Doctors here, how good is ivymoicell eye drop compared to hypotear gel cos I couldn't get the hypotear gel which was prescribed by my doctor. So another doctor told me to get ivymoicell. Also it seems my vision is getting more blurry. Also does seeing halos round white light a symptom of glaucoma even when ones IOP is not high?

they both do basically same thing....as for the halo of a tin, other eye problems could also cause it and it's also a symptom noticed particularly in angle closure glaucoma

@op at times i developed headache due to eyes aching. i used to have severe eye aching/pains. and i think i have magrain too. pls how can i prevent this? a little stress or if i read too much or walk/work in the sun too much results into this, at times if am teaching too. and i'm allergic to sun rays, torch light or any flash light rays. thanks

your symptoms re most likely due to a refractive error and u would b needing glasses....go c an eye doc.....

no drug wld help u unless glasses....my advice to help a little bit is, try not to engage ur eyes and den use sunshade wen walking out....finally go c ur doc as soon as u can...

Hello doctors, plz help me, I went to d central hospital in my state to complain about my eyes since Jan 25th, I was asked to do some tests which I did but was asked to come back to see a specialist on March 30th but I couldn't wait for my turn because of d large population, however I was able to lay my hands on some of d test result, I just need recommendations on what medication to take... u will b needing glasses ...u are having a refractive problem called astigmatism... pls go for your glasses

An eye specialist recommend I get anti reflective coated glasses to protect my eyes from rays which causes eye strain. I went to an eye glass shop, and was told they have photochromic lens and it serve same purpose as anti reflective. Can yu kindly help confirm this sir? Thanks.

yea photochromic AR is gud but more expensive

I got hit on the eye with handkerchief. The next day I noticed the eye aches anytime the light intensity changes. it got worse the following day. I have gone to the hospital, the doc gave me eye drop and some drugs but there is no change, I think it is worse now. He said I should get shade because of the sun. I'm afraid o , I hope its not something serious. I'm also have slight headache at that side of the eye. thanks.

the doc gave me amoxicillin capsule - 500mg and paracetamol.

hez supposed to give u a topical anti inflammatory drop ....nt treating wit systemic antibiotics....pls go to an eye clinic ASAP fr proper management nd i ll advise u nt to self medicate as an eye exam wld b needed to rule out oda possible complications...wish u quick recovery
