Abagworo: Almost every city in Nigeria has areas like this. As for Lekki I've always viewed investment there as waste of fund. To chaet nature you have to use advanced technology otherwise nature will always take its course. Lekki is a swamp.

There are many different parts of Lekki. Ibeju Lekki is kilometers away. It's actually an outskirt of Lagos like Badagry. You can still get land at Ibeju Lekki for N500k a plot.

lekki phase 1 is also crap. anytime it rains in lekki phase1. na swimming pool o.

This shows our leaders still have a long way to go to bring Nigeria out of Third World League.

This is what you get when poorly constructed drainage systems get blocked by refuse and the state sanitation agency does nothing.

This is also similar to the Ibadan situation.

A lot of the flooding we get can be averted by better planned drainage systems.

When its come to govt making money from people.. They go as far exploiting even people living in the village. My primary issue is "the topic heading saying lekki and not ibeju lekki" it is confusing (the two places are miles apart).

Btw: I've a property at that same ibeju lekki axis.. So when I said it is a rural area I'm not condemning.. But just trying to spot differances contradicting the Topic heading.
