Responsibilities
• Review the accounts receivable monthly report to show the status of debts over 90 days old for presentation to the management.
• Co-ordinate the maintenance, implementation and development of the accounts receivable and cash book systems, to ensure all financial reporting is accurate and up to date.
• Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking the appropriate action.
• Liaise with the marketers and clients service officers on all issues relating to debtors.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
• Prepare/analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Ensure the closing of month and year end procedures are complete, ready for external audit.
• Interact with external auditors in completing audits.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of HND in Accounting
• At least 1+ years accounting management experience preferred.
• Lagos residents only
