1)always delete the request you sent which were pending,you can view this request by logging through www.facebook.com/friends
Then click on request(ii)then on sent requests.make sure you cancel all of them.
Do this about two weeks after you sent your requests.
2)when sending friend request,send it to people who will accept your request,because the main reason of blocking,is when someone decline your request,facebook will ask him/her if he knows you,when the person says no,then are going to be blocked.
For me my advice to you will be for you to join adding group like ADD ME,BOOST YOUR FRIEND,INTERCONTINENTAL TEENAGERS/YOUTHS,FLOWAP MASTER OF ALL HACKERS ETC and make sure you participate in adding games like (PAGES)TEEN ADDING GAME,EMO ADDING GAME ETC.comment at public post,like reply,try to be friendly with your friends

3)when sending friend requests never stop until you are being blocked,make sure you send up to 100 requests and cancel them after 15 days,dont even cancel them if fb asked you to cancel,just unmark them.
