Sudanese presidential aide, Ibrahim Ghandour, has reiterated his government rejection for any discussions outside Sudan and slammed call for cessation of hostilities and the formation of a transitional government. Ghandour made his statements in the Nile River town of Atbarah where is held the state convention of the ruling National Congress Party (NCP) on Thursday. His remarks came the same day where the head of the African Union High Level Implementation Panel (AUHIP) was briefing the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on his efforts to hold a comprehensive and inclusive process for peace and democratic reforms in Sudan.
