fm7070: do you have poultry structure on the land? No I don't have any poultry structure on the land, its a bare land. We provide the land, the poultry farmer builds the structure. NOTE: we aren't selling the land, its still ours. All we are interested in is 10% of his farm produce as pay back. |

I would choose to leverage on 3% on income; on a straight 5 year contract after that you can take full ownership of d entire poultry building and bore-hole only. I get to go with my birds and poultry equipments and cages. So lets negotiate for real. 1 Like |

The land is ours, And we give it totally free only that 10% of your produce is given to us. 2. The land is given out on rent and you pay the rentage and service fee. Do you agree to negotiate? |

Your terms and demand seems unrealistic. It will be better if you rent out the land at a cost if that is what you want to do but I don't think any wise farmer/investor will build structures on rented land and still share 10% of farm produce with you. I'll rather go and buy 1 acre and know it is mine forever. Do you have any input or take risk along with him that you're requesting for 10%? cooome oooooon 2 Likes |
