economy: the first thing i'd do is lock up nigeria. as in no one/nothing at all is coming in and if possible nothing should be out. then, focus on the local farmers to grow and improve on our products, oil to improve on it. ensure that all are up to standard...all the engineers gather them so that standard machines will be produced. then once that iss accomplished, exportation. the money will then be used in handling other sectors e.g education, security etc. it wont be easy at all at all but its worth trying for.

power-
education
health.

I tell u, when theres 24hrs power supply a lot of stuffs wil normalise and correct it self. Like, security, economic growth, forign investment, local industries will spring up, employment, fall in price of goods and services etc.

Education. If 90% of population are educated, u will see a drastic change in dis nation. Evry kns d right tin to do, when to do wat and how to do.....u knw d rest.

Health: a healthy nation is a wealthy one. In summary, sick people can make change/productivity or live a happy n normal life. A nation will neva thrive in an epidemy or out break of disease.
