I immediately figured out that it was a scam. My question is... Why can't ICPC and ICC investigate fraudulent messages like this one and arrest those involved. Some gullible Nigerians must have fallen prey to those scammers one time or the other. |

I equally received the same message today and ignored it because I knew it is definitely a scam. Wonder why some people will always choose evil and dubious way to make money instead of choosing or thinking out a right way. |
