Governor Rauf Aregbesola flagged off the sales of rams for Eid-id-Kabir festival at Oloba Farm Settlement located in Iwo.

Outgoing Rivers Governor opens campaign against President Jonathan

Former presidential spokesperson Remi Oyo is dead

Remi Oyo, Former Special Adviser Media to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, is dead.

Reports say she died on Thursday morning.

The editor and two-time managing director of The News Agency of Nigeria was said to have died in London, after a protracted illness, according to family sources.

TB Joshua: I had a vision about the Synagogue building collapse
Prophet Temitope Joshua, founder of the Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN) has claimed that he saw a vision of the incident that killed at least 115 persons in the church guesthouse.

The victims, mainly South Africans, died when a six-storey guesthouse belonging to the church caved in on September 12.

In a statement posted on the SCOAN’s official Facebook page, TB Joshua warned his critics against accusing him of failing to foresee the disaster that befell his ministry.

10 children, others killed in Homs double blasts
At least 10 children are among 22 people killed in a twin bombings outside a primary school in the government-controlled city of Homs in central Syria.

A Syrian pro-government channel broadcast on Wednesday brief footage of the aftermath, showing parents looking for their children and schoolbags and bloodstains on the ground. Flames rose from a car nearby.
