Job Summary/Person Specification:

 Responsible for relationship management, conversion of new relationships and running of the expanded business and Integrating and coordinating all Stanbic IBTC products, services and resources in order to maximize the value of the business relationship and ensure profitability for the bank and value to the client.
 Must be naturally Competitive, Result oriented and must have good understanding of risk management and credit


2. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER.

Must have banking experience
Minimum of HND with 6 years work experience in commercial Banking and Credit

 Ensure that the goals of effective business relationship, products target and value for money, productivity and customer service among others are all met.
 Define strategic/operational components of the bank’s sales plans, in conjunction with the bank’s long strategic objectives.
 Ability to think strategically and take initiatives.



3. TRANSACTIONAL BANKING.

Must have banking experience
Minimum of HND with 2 years Banking Operations Experience.

 Management of transactional based segments (Optima, Mid to lower salaried, regular income earners, Traders, Students & Youth, Informal personal and business segments).
 Develop and sustain segment specific financial reporting.
 Advance communication and Interpersonal Skills.



4. MOBILE SALES.

Must have banking experience
Minimum of HND with 18 months Sales/Marketing Experience.

 Manage and develop network of clients contact; generate and qualify new business leads; identify new targets areas and opportunities and ensure maximum sales.
 Advance communication, Good interpersonal skills and must be smart.
