It is an issue because he does not have the pre-requisite education and skills to debate on laws.

It affects me even though he will not be representing my constituency but because his "Ayes" and "Nays" on National issues will.

9ice or whatever should start from the scratch. A local govt ward Councillor will suit him well and will give him the time to complete his education part time.
