Referees
Each candidate should include in his application names and addresses of three referees and should additionally request them to forward their confidential reports at least two of which should attest to the applicant's academic and professional qualifications, moral character, administrative competence and achievements. Such references should equally be received, not later than one month from the date of Publication.
