afternoon i rushed home cos i forgot some documents i needed to
submit.I left my gate and room doors open(self con).A tiny corridor
users you in the room.i was still trying to get the documents out when i
heard atap on the main gate.I ignored it,felt i will meet the person
when am out.Was still sweating,goin thru my files won i saw the shadow
in the corridor.I was frightened,stood up quickly and move the curtains
to see him,inside the main hous,i screamed and ask him out.There was no
light and so all the blood just drain out!The scream attracted a
neighbour who saw me pushing the guy out as i fog my hand bang at
him,withal ll my documents flying out.I called him al sort of names(i
actually broke down in tears at some point) as my neighbour instructed
him to "Respect himself".While filling my forms afterwards in a office,i
noticed i was making a lot of mistakes as i was visibly still
shaking.Did i took it far?was i rude?i feel sorry as i think the news just got round
among his peers.

Truth is,the documents i was to submit,today was the last day of submission and i had a time frame to do it.So i was already pressure,coupled with the heat and mistake et al,and then a shadow in my ho*se.My head just swell.I have been asked to report to the police just in case the guy feel he needs a revenge.To sign an undertaken?is it necessary?or should i just talk to him about what happen so we both can relax and move on?

I don't know how reliable the Nigerian police is, but this one has to be your call. You have to decide whether to report based on what you know or don't know about this guy.

If you don't sue him for stalking, then there is really nothing the Police can do. He didn't break an entry because your door was left open; tbh reporting him might not be the best choice now.
