I know most Eco bank customers around the country must have been facing problem withdrawing their own money. I wonder why bank this days rushes to take your money but you cry before you can withdraw your earnings.

Since Saturday Iots of Eco bank customers have been fustrated because they can't even withdraw with their ATM card. Imagine a scenario where your bank pays other bank ATM but can't pay their own customers.

Today was also hell of me. This bank debited Lots of customers trying to withdraw with their ATM without paying them(me inclusive). Infact Na die I dey cos Na money I beg for road for transportation. I guess this is the worst bank of the year.

Banking sector requires virtue,that include decency,humbleness,truth n trustworthiness,2mention few, but reverse is d case now , I bank with ECO bank,on 11th of April 2014 i made six(6) transactions on Skye bank ATM trans amadi PH,at about 3:34pm ,I was debited 40k ,I quickly dash in to the bank ,but the customer care rep ,ask me to go to ani of my bank branch ,I drove to the closest eco bnk branch, so I met the ATM rep,wit the countenance on his face,he said I shudnt border de wil reverse it,had to wait 4 2weeks leta went back2 d bank I found out that de lots of pipo wit same problem ,some evn worst Dan mine,de ask.us to rite leta 2dia manager ,series of forms all to no avail,7moths now n stil countin, do I stil v hope of getin my moni bak?? 4were ,mesef don 4get abt d cash ,I bliv as well as odas wit same Probs,der r pipo banefitin4rm dis stuff ,sins we don't v prov ,some ignorant pipo sayin,d moni migt v came out after I left d ATM spot,but nt tru cus as along as u v remove ur card4rm d ATM ,no cash can comeout again ,bank don yahoo me oo .so painfull ,Asumin I dash persn d moni now,atlist d persn go tell me" thank U" so I dash banker 40k but"thnk U" God de sha

It's sad that this kind of thing will happen in Nigeria and to some business continues. Am very struck and unhappy since today. This bank debited me 10k without paying. I have lay my complaints and the said in the next 24hrs.. Time to port.

I thought it was only me that is facing this issue. Can you believe I tried withdrawing from Eco bank atm, I couldn't n I was seeing issue switch card blah blah blah. I tried other 3 banks around ekwulobia. same message. On my way home I received debited message of 40k. Na so I rush go bank n those stupid customer care are not even friendly. I filled in there useless form n waiting sha. I don't think I will ever bank with this bank again.

The same with me oooo....I went to withdraw money using my Ecobank verve card but I was unable to withdraw,I was so sad because I needed money to fill my empty gas. I went home and the next thing I saw was that 20k has been debited from my acct. The rate legal fraud is going on in this country is annoying. The funniest aspect is that you cannot sue their asss because impunity is the order of the day in Nigeria. PLS Moderator this info should be on FP for customers to beware of being debited. Thanks

I had the same challenge with them today.they actually deducted #20,000 from my account.

Up till now my money has not be refunded. Wetin I do Eco bank.

Those people are really becoming a pain in the As5. They are fond of taking 200NGN from my acct and scattering my money (abi how I wan take withdraw 800). I'm even becoming scared of relying on my ATM card these days ooo cos they've really bit me in d as5 dis period. So much 4 cashless economy...Ecobank really bit more they could chew, in absorbing oceanic bank. My 2 pence

Am feed up on this bank. It's 3days now and there is no credit back in my account. Eco bank Na my text book money be this o

I went to a branch of Ecobank in port harcourt to make a complain and I was given a form to fill. The lady told me my money will be refunded in 72 hrs but have to seen any alert. Its so pathetic. I. Will bring that bank down on monday. They cannot eat my hard earn money.

I just got a refunded credit alert from their head office. I think Eco bank should step up their game. Tomorrow I go rush go withdraw this money Abeg. I Don tire for their rubbish network.
