I can provide you with this:

Basic House 5000$ / 800,000 Naira.
shipping is about 600$ 96000 Naira
Government import duty is 25% so 1250$ or 200,000 naira
Transport from Lagos to your site is extra.
Labour costs to build the house / 4 men / 1 day $200 plus supervising architect.

the houses are sold as a kit with a bathroom suite. You could opt to remove the bathroom but the saving isn't that much.

If you were prepared to build houses yourself and pay duties you could purchase the house for 918,000 naira. This is based on the Bungalow for the duplex house its 1,836,000 Naira. Instructions are provided by way of assembly videos. Either way there is no way of avoiding the government duty.
