My faith has found a resting place
Not in device or creed;
I trust the ever-living One
His wound for me shall plead.

Chorus:

I need no other argument,

It us enough that Jesus died,
And that He died for me.

It bring tears to my eyes. It reminds me of Christ's complete and and finished sacrifice for me at Calvary.

It's derived from ancient and modern 262 used by anglicans.it's really a touching hymn which asudan posted because the composer was referring to the coming of Christ after much suffering on earth by men

This solemn hymn has more than one tune to it.

It's also one of my bests.

Used to assist my Assembly prefect back in sec school days. Hence I know a good number of Hymns.

I love hymns generally, but this particular song suddenly became one of my favorite when my late dad was on the sick in January 2014, and he sang it so loudly that everyone could here him.

I cant remember the title in english, but permit mi to write the yoruba version:
