At least they delivered. When I paid extra for my driver license, I still did not get it for a year

So happy I collected my passport yesterday from the Portharcourt passport office. The process was done by myself, though I had to call the Nigeria immigrations out on twitter and copied the minister of interior, after which the P.C.O called me to come get my passport. Thank you guys!

Please i applied for a new Passport online and my payment was made and confirmed
But my issue is with the Passport Guarantor's form.
Is my Guarantor expected to fill the area
1. Particulars of Asset, Cash available, Name of Address, Bankers, Houses,
and Other Assets?
2. I don't intend to use the Passport to travel anytime soon
Is he also expected to Fill the Part II of the form?
3. Should he still fill Part III of the form?
4. Lastly, am i suppose to take the form to a court for the commissioner of Oaths to sign?

I finally collected my passport yesterday from Ikoyi office.
Registered on the 10th October and paid 26k online, my appointment date was 23rd October & collection date was 28th but couldn't make till 1st Nov.

There are 3 points in Lagos, which are Ikoyi, Festac and Alausa
