They dont realise that by their action, he has been granted the powers to enforce martial law, and change the whole terrain of their legislature. Shame.
The world is watching! Don't think we are in the 18th century where leaders can do whatever they like to intimidate the ordinary citizens.

For Nigerian, it's more of talk, talk, talk and talk...but no power and our rulers are daily whipping us silly.

In Nigeria, soldiers will kill you and label you a suicide bomber. Won't matter if they killed fifty of you, it just becomes a suicide battalion. undecided

That is the reason the country is not moving forward only to have extremists like Boko Haram dying for a barbaric course, who would still recruit the same fearful people to die. What a bunch of A-holes!

If only Nigerians know the tremendous power they wield!

Nigerians will NEVER come to this point because we are used to sufferings and molestation. As a matter of fact, we have developed tortoise skin for sufferings.

Two cases to confirm this:

1. The Subsidy protest of January, 2012. I thought it was going to last longer and that Nigerians were at last ready to challenge bad government for a period long enough to get decent results. For where! Just after 9 days, we backed down, thereby settling for worse.....

2. The Immigration Examination Disaster of 2014......The crowd that gathered at the Abuja National Stadium was too mammoth to force some positive changes, after some youths were killed in what was an apparent management failure at crowd control. For where! We went back to our homes, and today, the likes of Abba Moro are still enjoying their offices.....

No nation ever got good governance on a platter of gold. Salvation is free but Christ paid it with His very life. The forces of corruption and irresponsible government ONLY bows to resilient and well coordinated, peaceful demonstrations.

We will NEVER get good governance free...........

Its so funny when people think this won't happen in Nigeria .
Fools, it's already happening . Indirectly it is happening. PDP has been in power for 16yrs now and nothing . Indirectly, if everyone who PDP chose wins the presidency and there are king makers in PDP who decide who will be the presidential candidate. Indirectly, Nigeria is being rules by one person.
That's why opposition is good . Keep the ruling party in check .
Nigeria Simpletons never understood that , morons screaming Badluck till 2019 .
Here is the math
PDP = presidency
Presidency = chosen PDP member
15yrs presidency = PDP chosen member

The people of Burkina Faso not only need to burn down the Parliament building, they need to revolt and chase out Blaise Compaore from power, what else does he want to achieve that he has not achieved after 27 years in power?

If only Thomas Sankara were still alive ....

The traitorous Blaise Compaore murdered his good friend Sankara 27 years ago lest we forget.

Karma is a b1tch.

It is not yet the fifth of November but it makes me remember ....... V

1. People should not be afraid of their
governments. Governments should be
afraid of their people.

2. Remember, Remember, the 5th of
November, the gunpowder treason and
plot. I know of no reason why the
gunpowder treason should ever be
forgot.

Voila! In
view humble vaudevillian
veteran, cast vicariously as
both victim and villain by the
vicissitudes of fate. This
visage, no mere veneer of
vanity, is a vestige of the “vox
populi” now vacant, vanished.
However, this valorous
visitation of a bygone vexation
stands vivified, and has vowed
to vanquish these venal and
virulent vermin, van guarding
vice and vouchsafing the
violently vicious and
voracious violation of
volition.
The only verdict is vengeance;
a vendetta, held as a votive
not in vain, for the value and
veracity of such shall one day
vindicate the vigilant and the
virtuous.
Verily this vichyssoise of
verbiage veers most verbose,
so let me simply add that it’s
my very good honour to meet
you and you may call me V.

Sharrap. Nigeria has a democratic institution and other institutions and not one dictator that keeps amending the constitution to remain in office.

You people should always read a story through and comment according to the story line and not commenting based on your frustration with the country and her leadership.

After all everybody is frustrated, you're not the only one. tongue
