I can categorically tell you that it has been re-opened, i watched it on AIT News last night as customs comptroller general personally re-opened the NAHCO shed, but warned the NAHCO members to behave themselves so that such unfortunate incident would not repeat itself in future. You can google AIT News for confirmation.

Yes they have reopened but have not started work yet. Your item hasn't arrived yet so it's not in the mess. It has shipped and should arrive before or by next weekend. My phone has been running mad since yesterday o. I'm working on it though. Thanks for your patience.
