I drink before and/or after meals.

Well, i rada drink Water AFTER,

if i take before, less space space in my tummy

if i take during, i will not finish the food, tho it depends on the size

Personally, i drink water after my meals, cos if i drink during meals i wont eat much and i'm really trying to add weight so i need more food. . I learnt it is better to drink water 30minutes before or after your meals.

I always drink water before,during and after eating.Before eating i drink 60cl of water,when eating,i drink 180cl(i am precise of the quantity of water i drink before,during and after eating because i have taken time to measure out the total quantity of water consumed in a meal.Some of my friends call me a Camel because of the way i consume water.I drink water alot not only when i am eating) of water and after eating,i drink 30cl of water and still,i eat very very much.I eat food alot.

I take an average of 6 litres of water a day. It's almost impossible for me not to take water while eating.

I dont think drinking water while eating is a bad habit.

However, its good to eat a lot of food or even finish your meal before drinking water, because once you drink water, it fills u up and you might not be able to eat your complete meal.

So I tend to wait till after eating sha to drink water.

@loisamy. You spoke well. Drinking water while eating makes you add so much weight, bulges your tommy etc. It is better to drink water after about 30 mins after your meal. You are the only person that spoke well

i sit near my tap while eating, so i cant be able to calculate how far av gone,
sotimes i drink from a ten litre bucket with my strawl,

i dey always drink full jug after, , but if that food no belly full me i dey drink after each spoon

Drink lots and lots of water most times while eating add a teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll to it . . it works as an inflammatory to help soothe the skin

I drink a tiny bit during only sometimes but I always drink afterwards. I find I fill up on water then I cant eat.
