The Ugly state of reporting in Nigeria today, Is one that can make anyone go GAGA!!! (Mad), one would expect a Big Media House like Punch to do some necessary investigations before publishing things as fact, In short i'm of the opinion that our people should start suing the Government and the Government also should sue and demand for damages from such erroneous reporting as this one made by Punch of November the 8th 2014, BY OLABISI DEJI-FOLUTILE AND DAYO OKETOLA captioned "Govt Houses costlier than Nigerian universities"
Although some fair points were raised but the fact that a photograph from Nairaland as the source was published as the New Governor's Office in Bayelsa State, Rubbished the entire article, Since I was the one that made the comparison between the picture in question and the Cost of "33.8 billion " naira as erroneously announced by Mr. Lawrence the Commissioner for Works in Bayelsa state instead of "3.8" Billon naira.
I felt it would be right to set the record straight.
The picture Published is the Most Expensive Building in the United State and it was only used to get a feel of what over "200 million" Dollars could fetch the state . Since the estimated cost of the House in this picture is around 139 million dollars only!!!

Please our Media Houses must call their staffs to order.
