Although i've only been to about 7 countries in europe, from personal experience i'ld say switzerland

Reasons:
clean
friendly people
efficient rail and bus service
good tourist locations
beautiful ladies
Nice restaurants but kind of expensive, even the fast food restaurants

when i think of more, i'll let u know

from my very limited travels to a few countries in europe,i reckon its the scandinavian countries,
they r not as racist
its clean
their co2 emissions is amongst the best in the world
beautiful scenery almost picture postcard perfect
scandinavian girls are the only white girls i believe will give any african girl a run for their money(apart from russian girls

Scandinavian countries are the best but swiz runs close. Scandinavian countries(Finland, Denmark, Norway)=No anarchy, non-racist and many more.

I think Switzerland would be amongst the best( can't really say the best). Talk about the GDP, and the buoyancy of the economy. Their structures,( don't forget Swiz bank, FIFA HQs). Its one place i would love to visit, I'm surprised no one is mentioning England

Swiss what when we talk about racist in-fact, its everywhere and its not different in Swiss. Its the only country you will know what is call racialism ,they are racist even a white skin fellow European, say German or Italian or even a french man who reside there can tell you how he or she feel residing in Swiss. Although its a nice small expensive country but its not the best in Europe, l would say one of the Scandic countries, preferably Sweden. Certain points make Sweden the best,

Hospitality perfect!!! What do you expect when visiting and paying for a hotel and staying on a temporary basis.

I think it is best we talk about best cities/towns in Europe. Cos I have been to about 8 different countries and "the best" is actually a function of cities/town.
In my opinion anyway, I think Val d'Europe, France is the best place to be in Europe and Rokanje in Rotterdam should be wiped out of the map (it is as boring as "shit-hole")

i think the best country in europe is germany. although they believe so much in ´there language, but they treat everybody equally. so long u aint living illegal. their social system is good, healthwise superb, transportation great, and many more. i live in germany, thats y i know all these. they take good care of their citizens, and much more.

All of you seem to think UK is the worst, but it depends on the factors you are looking at. For most foreigners, whether you are black or asian, it still remain the country you live in and would be considered for opportunities based on merit. Mainland europe have language issues and they are yet to open up to foreigners in business, skilled work and residency/citizen granting.

So for me UK is the bomb, followed by ireland, pls remember this is my own factor for judging oh, could be different story 4 others

I have been to a few European Countries but I will say UK is still accommodating.

France - Nice country but racist
Germany - I will never live there and they are racist to your face
Spain - Beautiful country and lovely people
Italy - Some parts of the country are nice but Naples is worst than Oshodi
Dublin - Lovely country and lovely people, accommodating

England ko premiership ni, i think the best countries will have to be the scandivavian countries(Norway,finland,sweden etc) and Germany

The best countries in europe are

1.Norway---- lovely ,people are nice,great benefit from the Govt but cold---second langauge is English

2.Denmark ,  lovely but cold----second langauge is English

3.Spain---- the weather is great ,the people are nice and Costa del Sol is the best place to live for me.

4.Sweden--- lovely but cold, second langauge is English

5.Switzerland- lovely and the people are nice and friendly ----second langauge is English

6. France - i like the southern part eg. Nice ,Villefranche and paris

7.) Italy- its ok but i only like Florence and Rome

8.)  Malta - is interesting alot of history,nice weather and the people are friendly-- second langauge is English

9.) Portugal--- is lovely but they are racist and no jobs but i like the Algarve, english is spoken there

10.) Monaco --- its ok but too small and very strict

11.) UK --- accomodating   but too much taxe and expensive

12.) Ireland --- is great so far

13.) Germany--- is nice but racist

14.) Holland is great and welcoming


but there are langauge issues in most  that one need to learn.
