Woman, did they not teach you or did you not read it in the holy book that women must learn in silence? A woman has got to submit to her husband and why would you want to have a divided household on religious matters. The two must become one. Enuf said.

I will be amazed if the couples did not discuss and get it out of the way before they became serious. Why start what you cannot finish?

In as much as church is good, these day, emphasis is place too much on church and not on salvation of the soul, hence challenges people are faced with today are numerous.

Back to the topic, I believe the issue of Church doctrine that is welcome in a new home should be discussed by both party before they become husband and Wife.

Lastly, no doctrine can save except the doctrine that Jesus is the Son of God and That He died to save our souls from eternal damnation and without Him there is no salvation.

How can u love a man and not be okay with his denomination? Then ur love must be incomplete cos i believe if u've truly taken ur tym to study d kind of person u claim to be in love wit, u'l hv to love evrything about him both d ones u can change and d ones u cant...

U cannot force a man to change his church just to be loved by you. U either change ur church, adapt or not agree to d marriage if u believe his denomination is that important to u. Its as simple as that gurl. But i believe as a wife, u must attend ur husband's church and at times attend urs as well. Abi d man no kon wed for ur church even when e knw say e no gbadun d church?

You're right. The thing is, my cousin has been going steady with this guy for almost 3 years now..... Not so long ago, he got converted to a new church (don't wanna name it). Ever since then, he's changed.
They were supposed to get married next year. This babe is a banker.. .......
The guy is so anti- everything. Anti-dresses, anti-hair attachments, even anti-relaxer!
That's not all. The doctrines? Outrageous! She feels she won't be able to cope and I dunno what to tell her.
