There has been bridge on the quality of PEN produce/imported in this country. Be that sa it may; BIC has made way, way back but has lost it quality nawadays, owning to its lost of trace afta 2- 3 days of purshase, LEOsmart later took the banner, smiling to the bank, obviously it abrupt lost of track cum trace left Us(student) confuse, then the era of AVAnti change sumtins but not all, so I wud want people's view on the BETTER PEN to BUY cos AM wasting #100 in 14 days in 'PEN BUDGET' not withstanding the student econmic drought this days.
