Petroleum Minister, Mrs Diezani Allison Madueke, has been elected as President of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). Alison-Madueke was elected President of the organisation, Thursday at the ongoing 166th ordinary meeting of the oil body in Vienna, Austria.
