Dear Poster, I don't know you, I have no business with you.

Subscribers that buy land from me or my company ( Way & Life Properties Concepts ) and pay out rightly, received theirs Letter of Allocation and Land Receipt within the internal of 2 days, if the payment doesn't fall between weekend. You have to pay for Survey Plan and Documentation before you can start building after land have been allocated to you and others document will follow like Deed of Assignment, Estate Covenant, Global C of O.

We don't receive cash in our office, you will pay directly into the account of the developer of the our estates.

Subscribers that pay install mentally will always receive Land Monthly Official Receipt from us indicating the Previous Payment and Current Payment, the numbers of plot will also be indicated on the Land Receipt.

My advice to you poster is that you should contact the agent that connect you to the developer of Prime Estate.
